Career Advancement Network has aligned with StaffCV, Inc., the leading recruitment software builder in New Zealand. Staff CV provides the software engine, which powers the Direct Recruiting Community and will supply all hands on technology training for this program. The impacts of the software capabilities are being felt in workforce development in New Zealand. This year, Staff CV was selected to implement the solution to the entire country of New Zealand workforce development system. Career Advancement Network has partnered with TravelJobs.com, a leading travel industry recruitment agency. Together, we assist hospitality employers in finding the most qualified candidates and support those candidates as they develop a hospitality career path.

Career Advancement Network is working with American Hotel & Lodging Association to conduct “Career Passport”, a hospitality job training program for hourly new hours. Training is designed to improve hourly retention for the hospitality industry. The first program site is in Austin, Texas.

In 2004, Career Advancement Network entered in to an agreement with Return2Work. Return 2 Work is on the cutting edge of working with the disabled. From evaluation to placement, R2W's products will streamline the process through technology and the web. Career Advancement Network supports R2W on their initiatives in Florida and Colorado.

WorkSource of Greater Austin, Texas awarded Career Advancement Network a contract to provide their Career Passport program services to their clients for employment in the hospitality industry.

Career Advancement Network partnered with Roosevelt University’s School of Human and Community Renewal to provide reentry services to formerly incarcerated individuals in Illinois. This project is funded by the City of Chicago’s Mayor’s Office of Workforce Development.
